When you step into The Whiskey through the club's mammoth 2,000-pound main doors, you'll be transported into a hip, sexy room perfect for a night of dancing or socializing. The Whiskey feels a bit like a '70s disco with mirrored wall tiles, hanging metal sculptures, white leather booths and banquettes and a number of disco balls spinning overhead. A moderately sized dance floor features four go-go platforms with poles. Even if the club's dancers are not performing, there's usually someone in the crowd brave enough to get up and try their hand at pole dancing. The banquettes offer seating all along the walls of the club, and there are a few reserved booths. The club has two VIP areas -- one on the main floor and one on the top of a sleek staircase. The staircase leading up to the VIP area is dotted with reserved couches as well as some open seating on low silver ottomans.If the music is too much, you can escape outside for some fresh air and conversation at Whiskey Beach, the 8-acre pool area adjacent to The Whiskey. There are comfortable chairs and tables with plenty of heat lamps nearby, making the weather bearable even on chilly winter nights. Oh, and did we mention the view?
